Do you love cats, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy café environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cafe Assistants to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine excellent customer service with hands-on cat care in a fun and rewarding workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

☕ Café Duties

• Preparing and serving food and drinks

• Taking customer orders and processing payments

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience

• Promoting café products, events, and retail items through positive upselling

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the café

🐱 Cat Care Responsibilities

• Feeding and caring for our resident cats

• Grooming and monitoring cat wellbeing

• Cleaning and maintaining cat areas to the highest hygiene standards

• Recording feeding, health, and welfare information

• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for our cats

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers

• A genuine love of cats and commitment to animal welfare

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work a variety of shifts

• Previous café, hospitality, retail, or animal care experience is desirable but not essential

Working Hours

We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Shifts will include a mixture of early and late finishes, depending on café requirements and special events. Weekend and holiday availability will be advantageous.
