Refund Policy

1. In-Store Purchases

Faulty or Not as Described: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

You have 30 days from purchase to return faulty goods for a full refund.

After 30 days and within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If that fails, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction.

Change of Mind: There is no legal right to a refund for unwanted items purchased in-store unless faulty. However, if our goodwill policy allows exchanges or refunds for non-faulty items, we will honour it as stated at the point of sale.
2. Online Purchases & Delivered Items

Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving goods, for any reason.

You then have 14 additional days to return the goods after notifying us.

Refunds include the original purchase price and standard delivery costs (premium shipping costs are non-refundable).

Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If an item is faulty, you have 30 days from receipt to request a full refund.

3. Booking Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your session start time via our website.

If cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund of the booking fee.

No refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time or for no-shows.

Amendments: You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance via our website, subject to availability.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
